ORCFLOW is tower defense with the orcs living on the GPU. Navigation, crowd separation, damage, death and recycling all happen in compute shaders. The CPU sets up the flow fields, then the horde follows them through the map.

There are twelve maps, all open from the start. Put turrets on the rock above the trenches, or build a rampart to make the orcs take another route. You can’t seal the path completely. Blades, beams, bouncing beams and mortars cover different shapes of crowd, and you can click a turret to upgrade it. Q and E give you an airstrike and a nuke when things get crowded.

It’s built with Three.js and needs WebGPU. Textures are generated at startup and the sounds are synthesized. Inspired by Sir, We Have an Orc Problem from Mumpitz Games.
